Chishimba Yumbe - Partner
Chishimba is a seasoned finance and management professional with diverse international experience. He worked for the International Finance Corporation (IFC) as Regional Financial Controller for Africa. He also previously worked for the Bank of Zambia where he served as Chief Financial Officer for ten years. His prior work expereince includes audit senior at KPMG and management auditor at the United Nations Headquarters in New York.
Chishimba is a graduate of Harvard University (Master of Public Policy and Management) and Edinburgh Business School (Master of Business Administration). He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (FZICA). Mr Yumbe also holds professional certifications in corporate treasury (ACMT) and information systems auditing (CISA). Mr. Yumbe served as Vice President of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) from 2011 to 2014 and chaired the Finance and Administration Committee.
Mr Emmanuel Mbewe - Partner
Emmanuel is an experienced information technology expert who holds a BSc degree in Computer Science (Greenwich University, UK).
Mr. Mbewe has worked for numerous companies including; Dairy Produce Board, Action Computers Limited, Station Africa Telecommunications (South Africa), Microlink Technologies, NECOR Zambia Limited, COMESA (UN, SADC and EU Projects) and currently is the CEO for SPRY Consult Limited.
Mr. Mbewe was intimately involved in the initial setup and operations of Microlink Technologies, where he served as Technical Manager and General Manager for the first five years of operations.
Mr. Mbewe has over 15 years experience as an ICT Expert and Consultant with vast experience in Business Process Re-engineering, Mapping and Processes. He was also involved in the authoring of the Zambia ICT Policy. He was also involved in COMESA’s major telecommunications initiatives for its member states.

Mr Andrew Chellah - Partner
Andrew is a metal sciences engineer who undertook his training in Birmingham, England. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. He spent the early part of his career working for Zambia Consolidated Copper Mines on the Copperbelt province of Zambia. He later served in diverse senior private and public sector roles, including non-executive director on the Mopani Copper Mine board. Andrew has since ventured into providing specialised advisory services on new mining operations set-ups, industry and value addition investments. He has undertaken operations in Zambia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Malawi and Tanzania.
Andrew has particular business acumen and intuitive savvy to navigate through the difficult business environments that exist in certain African countries. Strong on inter-personal skills, Andrew has forged a strong network of business associates in East, Central and Southern Africa.
